At Acmena, we are committed to providing up-and-coming young talent with meaningful opportunities to develop their career, which is why we are very excited to announce the appointment of our newest intern – Charlott Werner.

Specialising in human factors, Charlott is an undergraduate student studying Engineering Psychology at Furtwangen University in Germany.

Electing to spend a year studying abroad, Charlott recently completed several units in aviation and psychology at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia, and has joined the Acmena Melbourne team where she will undertake her internship.

“We are really pleased to have Charlott on board,” said Acmena Victoria State Manager, Ian Banks. “She has joined us at an exciting time with several complex and interesting human factors projects underway that she can get involved with.

“Her primary role will be to support human factors staff conducting a Virtual Reality study for a pedestrian railway crossing, which is pretty exciting. Charlott has a very experienced and knowledgeable team to learn from, so her time with us should provide her with an invaluable opportunity to develop as a human factors practitioner.

“We are all looking forward to getting to know Charlott and working with her for the duration of her internship.”
