Acmena is delighted to announce the appointment of Principal Consultant, Keryn Pauley, as our new Head of Discipline for Human Factors.

Since joining the company in 2019, Keryn has played an instrumental part in Acmena’s successful support of the $5.4b Cross River Rail project, where she has led the human factors program on both the Tunnels, Stations and Development (TSD) and Rail, Integration and Systems (RIS) packages.

Previously the Principal HF Advisor for Queensland Rail, where she led the integration of human factors activities across numerous Queensland Rail projects, including rollingstock, advanced train control and station design, Keryn has become a valued source of expertise and experience from which the wider Acmena HF team can draw upon.

In addition to her broad range of knowledge and experience, Keryn’s passion and enthusiasm in championing the value of human factors made her the ideal candidate for Head of Discipline.

“Keryn’s passion and energy for everything human factors is second to none,” said Acmena General Manager, Mike Bruce. “I am looking forward to seeing what innovative ideas and initiatives Keryn will bring to her discipline.
