Acmena welcomes Rachel Goh to its Melbourne offices.

Rachel is a human factors specialist with six years’ experience in the rail industry. Specialising in user-centred design, human-machine interface and workload analysis, Rachel has previously supported the development of several major assets for the Melbourne rail network, including stations, stabling yards, signalling control centres and train cabins.

Rachel also has experience in workload analysis, fatigue management and hazard/safety management.

“We are delighted to welcome Rachel to the Melbourne office,” said Victoria State Manager, Ian Banks.

“I have worked with Rachel previously and was impressed with her knowledge, her ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and her motivation to deliver quality outcomes. So I was very grateful that she chose Acmena as the next phase of her career.

“While she comes to Acmena a very capable human factors consultant, Rachel’s potential to rapidly grow in the role is very evident and we are looking forward to introducing her to clients. She’ll be a tremendous asset to both the team and the projects she will be working on.”
