Acmena is delighted to announce the appointment of senior consultant, Justin Drinkwater, to its Sydney offices.

A human factors specialist with a background in healthcare and infrastructure, Justin comes to us from Sydney Water, where he was responsible for designing and integrating human factors programs into the organisation’s various projects, safety management systems and WHS plans.

Experienced in task analysis, assessment and training, Justin has expertise in integrating user-centred design processes into the configuration of safety-critical controls and components. He also offers experience in safety management, including workshop design, safety case development, hazard analysis and safety assurance processes.

“I’m delighted to have Justin on board,” said NSW State Manager, Nicolas Teulier. “He brings his experience and knowledge from other industries to complement the skills of our already strong HF team. I’m looking forward to Justin’s positive contribution to the Digital Systems Program and beyond.”

Justin will be joining the team on the Digital Systems Program where he will be providing human factors support to the System Integration project. We are very excited to welcome Justin on board and look forward to working with him.
