Say hello to our newest intern – Yan Yan.

Working out of Acmena’s Sydney offices, Yan is a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales School of Aviation where she is analysing runway incursions from a human factors perspective. Yan also specialises in aviation psychology, accident analysis and prevention and safety management.

Mentored by the highly experienced NSW team, with support from Acmena’s Head of Discipline for human factors, Keryn Pauley, Yan will be joining Digital Systems Project – Systems Integrator team where she will provide human factors support and gain valuable experience in railway digitalisation and business transformation.

“I’m really excited to have Yan join the team as she takes the final steps towards completing her PhD,” said NSW State Manager, Nicolas Teulier.

“With her enthusiasm and knowledge, she will make an excellent addition to the NSW human factors team.
