Acmena Principal Consultant, Ricky Clayton, will be presenting at IBM’s Civil Engineering Round Table on Friday 20 November.

Featuring representatives from several major projects both in Australia and New Zealand, the virtual event will provide a forum to share ideas on coordinating requirements, tracking execution and managing quality and compliance in complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Currently engaged as Systems Engineering Manager and Requirements Lead on Brisbane’s $5.4b Cross River Rail project, Ricky’s presentation will focus on how Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) has been utilised to separate assurance responsibilities, manage change, track progress and helped to deliver integrated solutions across the project’s three work packages.
