Congratulations to Keryn Pauley on her well-deserved promotion to Principal Consultant!

A human factors specialist, Keryn has been with the company for over three years, in which time she has led the human factors program on both the Tunnels, Stations and Development (TSD) and Rail, Integration and Systems (RIS) packages on Brisbane’s Cross River Rail project.

In addition to the wealth of experience she offers in human factors integration, and her passion for developing safer workplaces by understanding how people interact with complex systems, Keryn has also been invited to present at several high-profile industry events and forums.

“Since starting with Acmena in 2019, Keryn has become a highly-valued source of experience and knowledge from which the wider Acmena HF team draw,” said Acmena General Manager, Mike Bruce. “She has done a fantastic job leading the human factors efforts on Cross River Rail and has also been enthusiastically sharing her experiences and championing human factors through many industry forums, presentations and papers.
