Acmena Principal Systems Engineering Consultant, Nicolas Teulier, will be presenting at the SESA National Speakers event on Wednesday 13 July.
Hosted online, the ‘Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Systems Engineering’ webinar will focus on how AI can be used to improve the requirements engineering and analysis process and reduce the risk of producing poor requirements.
A requirements engineering specialist, Nicolas has previously led and supported systems engineering programs on some of the most complex and challenging rail infrastructure projects in Australia, including Transport for New South Wales’ Digital Systems System Integrator Project, Metro Tunnel Melbourne and the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project.
An IBM-certified professional with extensive expertise in digital requirements management processes, Nico’s presentation will draw on his experience in using current AI platforms to examine the question: Can Artificial Intelligence support requirements management activities and help deal with ever-increasing complexity?
“I’ve always been passionate about process efficiency, new technologies and disrupting current industry practices,” said Nicolas. “The potential of Artificial Intelligence seems almost limitless, so I’m quite excited by the journey to adopt Artificial Intelligence and improve our current practices.”
Running from 5:30 to 7pm, the webinar is open to both SESA members and non-members. For more information and registration, visit: https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/event/2022/06/applications-artificial-intelligence-systems-engineering-43576
