The Acmena Team Gathers for its First 2019 Company Event

The biannual Acmena company days are always a great opportunity for the state teams to get together and share experiences and ideas. This time, it was Queensland’s turn to host the event, with the Mantra Southbank providing the perfect location, just a stone’s throw away from the scenic riverfront precinct.

Over the course of two productive days, the team shared lessons learned from the various projects they have been busy with during the year, in addition to engaging in a day of professional development, delivered by Saleena Ham from The Right Connections.

With Acmena teams now involved in three major rail infrastructure projects as part of world-class consortia, the focus was on developing collaboration and communication skills, which are going to be more important than ever as we look forward to what promises to be a very busy and exciting time for the company.
