She has provided human factors assurance to a variety of projects, including systemisation of airspace, increasing throughput at Heathrow airport, enhancing the process for blanket speed restrictions on UK railways, and maximising Human Performance on a variety of airline procedures.

Julia also offers demonstrated capability in human-centred design, task analysis, workload analysis, bowtie analysis, risk management, HAZOP, incident investigation and cognitive ergonomics.

In addition, she has also designed and delivered non-technical skills and human factors awareness training to a variety of stakeholders, including train drivers, airline crew, network control officers, maintenance workers, and senior management.
