Luis is a systems engineering and safety assurance specialist with experience in supporting the development of major rail infrastructure projects.

In addition to requirements and change management, Luis has demonstrated capability in providing verification and validation support for software and system design. He also has proven ability in developing key safety assurance and RAMS processes, including analysis for functional safety, risk, hazards, reliability, and Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) in line with industry standards and the ONRSR Major Projects Guideline.

Proficient in cyber security and software assurance, Luis also has experience in developing complex, safety-critical systems, including platform screen doors, PLC networks, SCADA systems, telecommunications, and power infrastructure.
