He has worked extensively in the technical management of advanced train control systems including ETCS (European Train Control Systems) Levels 1 and 2 and ATP (Automatic Train Protection). He is also experienced in the application of systems engineering processes, across a range of complex technologies.

Mike has worked both locally and internationally, applying innovative and effective techniques that adhere to process, stringent deadlines, and budgets. He operates effectively as both a leader and team member, providing strategic direction and clear communication between stakeholders.
