He has experience in multiple engineering sectors including defence, rail and aerospace. Ricky has a very rounded knowledge of the full engineering lifecycle, having spent time doing front end requirements elicitation, requirements management, design, functional architecture development, test planning, test preparation and test execution. Ricky is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional from INCOSE and is a Chartered Engineer with the IET.

Core to Ricky’s experience is not only the understanding of Systems Engineering process and methodologies but the adaptation and application of these processes in differing engineering environments. Ricky has successfully developed Systems Engineering process for major organisations and ensured their deployment through training, mentoring and application.

Further to his Systems Engineering experience, Ricky has experience in technical leadership leading engineering teams in a technical and project management capacity. His experience in planning combined with his strong interpersonal skills have allowed him to successfully deliver multi-million-dollar engineering work packages within engineering organisations.
