Wilson joined the team in 2022 as a research assistant on the in-house Relatics project, which was conducted to explore the feasibility of offering a scaled assurance database platform that would provide better value to projects with limited SE/SA budgets than conventional requirements management tools.

He currently supporting the Cross River Rail Tunnels, Stations and Development package, where he is assisting with the application of systems engineering and requirements management processes including the use of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

Wilson is also supporting an innovative in-house research project focusing on integrating the latest advancements in artificial intelligence to elevate the capacities and efficiency of systems engineering and systems assurance processes.
